• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $200. (Does not apply to Bulky Items or Dangerous Goods)
• For orders under $200 there is $19.95 Flat Rate.
• Express Post Service is a flat rate of $34.95 for up to 12Kg or up to 5 eligible stock items.

Additional Shipping Charges

• For bulky items: Bulky items incur a $30 charge for the first item, with a flat $10 surcharge if more than one bulky item is included in the order. Please note that bulky items are excluded from free shipping.
• Dangerous/Flammable Goods incur a flat handling fee of $14.95.

PO Box Deliveries: 

• Orders over 20Kg, some large or liquid items can't be delivered to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker. If you have any issues or questions please reach out to us.

We know horses are unpredictable and that you might need your order ASAP. That's why we maintain the standard of orders placed by 11 AM (AEST), Monday to Friday (excluding QLD Public Holidays), are prepared for courier pickup on the same day.
