Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Alternatively, you can log in to your customer account anytime to see updates about your order.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

If you don’t have a customer account yet, you can create one using the email address you used to place your order. This will allow you to view your order history and track shipping updates.
