At Greg Grant Saddlery, providing excellent service is a priority. We accept returns in certain circumstances; however, you will be responsible for the freight to return any item unless the item is faulty or not as described. Items must be returned in clean, original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Australian Consumer Law Rights
Major failure: You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major failure.
Minor fault: If a fault is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
Refunds & Shipping Costs
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, shipping will be at your expense, and items must be in original, clean, unused condition with all tags attached.
Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your goods. This timeframe does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods, which can be claimed within a reasonable period.
